Bob Atkinson
Born in Toronto, Bob came to the Yukon in 1990. He spent close to 20 years living and working in the bush throughout Canada. During these years, he observed the unusual twists and turns nature inflicts on the growth of trees and branches and in 1993 began to use these remarkable features in the production of furniture.
He has honed his craft of creating comfortable, functional and unique items of furniture over the past number of years. No two pieces are ever exactly the same although some can be similar in appearance. On occasion, Bob finds a very unusual tree, which results in a one of a kind item.
